The olive grove of Terre Grecaniche is in Palizzi, in the Spropoli area, west of Capo Spartivento at 200/300 meters above sea level. In the olive grove there are about 600 olive trees of different cultivars: carolea, geracese, pendolino, roggianella, ottobratica. The age of the plants is 25 โ 30 years.
The annual production of the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is about 1,200 L that Terre Grecaniche bottles under its own label Elea. The average acidity of the oil is 0.25.
