Our History We have recently turned 10 years old and throughout this time we have passionately nourished a common dream. We wanted to revitalised the history and places characteristic of the viticulture of Greeks of Calabria. Capo Spartivento, Between Land & Sea in Greek Calabria Our organic grapes grow in our vineyards on the headland of Capo Spartivento which overlooks the Ionian Sea. Between land and sea, our production area is located in the Greek Calabria, one of the most fascinating and pristine landscapes in the Aspromonte The Harvest Every year, in our vineyards in Capo Spartivento, the magic of the harvest happens again The Cellar In this cosy and tiny cellar, our organic wines come to life. Here, they were born, shaped, and matured thanks to the wisdom of our Oenologist Giuseppe Liotti. Our organic wine Our organic wine are not just good and natural. They taste of friendship and solidarity. Greek Calabria, A Historical Land Greek Calabria has millenary cultural roots dating back to the first Greek colonisation. Throughout time, the territory has remained the secular cradle of the Hellenophone linguistic minority, preserving the unchanged traces of its ancient nature as a crossroads of the Mediterranean. Terre Grecaniche, Lands of History In Magna Grecia, viticulture was probably introduced by the pelagic populations led by Enotro, around 1650 BC, who indicated the end of the Italian peninsula with the name of Enotria: the land of wine. Greek Calabria, Land of History, Land of Wine A journey thorough the historical Borghi in Greek Calabria, a journey through the history and culture of Greeks of Calabria. Together for a better society Whit Terre Grecaniche Wines, you take a sip of solidarity No one can stop Spring Together to protect our land and our jobs to keep producing products with a special taste, that of friendship, solidarity, and legality.

OUR HISTORY

10 years spent together, between dreams and reality

Our roots

We have started from our roots (riza) to take care of the sedimented culture, places, and viticulture of the Greeks of Calabria. In 2012, the Aranghìa wine was born from our vineyards.

Environmental Protection

We have chosen to adopt production methods that are typical of organic farming to protect the environment and the landscape and to ensure the healthiness and quality of our wines.

Legality First

We have chosen to be in the right field, that of legality and the rule of law. That is why we are impervious to the bullying and arrogance of organized crime.

Dignity of labour

We have created new jobs, good, regular, and productive work, in a territory from which we continue to leave, especially our young people, due to the lack of decent work opportunities.

Friendship and Solidarity

The cooperative experience enriched us with new relationships, experiences, knowledge. We actively participate in community networks that practice friendship, solidarity, reciprocity.

Local wine

On the occasion of our 10th anniversary, we launched the IGT Palizzi Organic Red Wine - Narada, which refers to the myth of the Anarade labelled with an original and artistic work by the graphic designer Mauro Bubbico.

Our concreate dreams

Our little common dream has already become reality: we have made significant investments to create new vineyards and increase and diversify our wine production with a Calabrian Greek flavour.

Our hospitality

Greek Calabria is a land of hospitable communities. We warmly welcome all those who want to share our young and beautiful story of genius loci wine over a good glass of Narada in our vineyards of Capo Spartivento.
